I, the client, acknowledge and agree that all participation inexercises, whether virtual or in-person, is undertaken at my own risk. I understand and accept that IVA’ Pilates, represented by Pilates Alliance Sàrl, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, including but not limited to direct or indirect bodily injury or death, arising from my use of the content, teaching, exercises, or any activities associated with their events, programs, and courses.
I hereby assume all risks related to the use of the content and participation in the activities provided. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless IVA’ Pilates, Pilates Alliance Sàrl, their staff, administrators, and management from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to or arising out of my participation, whether based on the acts or omissions of IVA’ Pilates and Pilates Alliance Sàrl or otherwise.
